The Slugger was signed during the Inaugural Season of the Texas Rangers with Ted Williams as manager and Nelson Fox (Nellie) as coach. The certificate of authenticity was issued by: Collector s World 139 Main Street; Cooperstown, NY 13326; Phone: 607-547-5509; www.collectors-world.com. One of the key players of the Texas Rangers 1972 roster was Rich Billings, signature shown in photos. Rich Billings lead International League in hit by pitch with 17 in 1968; and lead Southern League in passed balls with 17 in 1969 and 21 in 1970. The Louisville Slugger 125 Model K75 stands at approximately 35 in length. This is an excellent auction for the Texas Ranger or baseball devotee.
